1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:

  • Notify us at the earliest of receiving the item
  • Share clear photographs of the damage via email or WhatsApp
  • We will assess the claim and, upon validation, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost

Please note:

  • The damage must be a result of transit or packing defects
  • Used items or damages should be reported at the earliest.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or delay caused by external logistics partners.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is delivered in a damaged or unusable condition
  • The item received is entirely different from what was ordered

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

In cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., limited edition item), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
