Here’s how the order process works at Infant Decor, from product selection to delivery

Step 1: Browse & Select

Explore our online product catalogue and select the items you’d like to order. Once done, share a consolidated list with us via email or WhatsApp.

Step 2: Stock Check & Confirmation

We will verify stock availability and confirm the feasibility of your order. For ready items, we’ll begin packaging immediately.

Step 3: Made-to-Order Products

Some of our items may be custom-made from scratch. If your selection includes such products, we will inform you of the additional lead time required for production.

Step 4: Finalization & Dispatch

Once the products are ready and packed:

• You’ll receive a final update with shipping timelines.

• Upon receipt of full payment, we will initiate the delivery.

• You’ll receive tracking details from our logistics partner for your reference.
